Reigning GB4 Championship title holders Fortec Motorsports has confirmed that Thomas Ingram Hill will join the team for the 2025 season.
The 15-year-old, who is embarking on just his second full season of car racing and his first in single seaters, previously competed in the Ginetta Junior Championship. After making his debut in the final three races of the 2023 season, he achieved nine top 10 finishes in 2024, building on an impressive foundation established during his karting career.|
Fortec Motorsports secured its second GB4 title in three years last season, with Linus Granfors claiming six victories on the way to championship glory, and also earning the George Russell Pole Position Cup. He followed in the footsteps of Nikolas Taylor, becoming the latest champion to succeed in the series with the team.
Thomas joins an already strong line-up, which includes Jack Taylor, who returns to the series with Fortec Motorsports after securing his maiden podium on the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit last year.
The 2025 GB4 Championship season begins at Donington Park over the weekend of 5/6 April and will feature a total of 21 races across seven meetings held throughout the United Kingdom.
Thomas Ingram Hill said: “I am excited to be joining Fortec Motorsports. After a learning year in Ginettas, I am happy to be able to make my single seater debut in the GB4 Championship and looking forward to working with the team to make progress throughout the year and work towards achieving my goals. I would like to say a big thank you to my sponsors and supporters for making this possible.”
Fortec Motorsports Team Principal Ollie Dutton said: “We are very happy to welcome Thomas to the team for the 2025 GB4 Championship season. He has been putting in plenty of effort since he began car racing and has learned a lot already, so we are excited to begin working together to help him achieve his goals. It will be something different, compared to what he has been racing, but we have no doubt he will be ready to hit the ground running at the season opener.”
