Second round of the WSK Super Master Series in Lonato (I)

The second act of the title quest of WSK Super Master Series 2019 will get underway next week at the South Garda Karting in Lonato (BS). This circuit (below, an aerial view) is going to provide the first chance to bounce back after the opener at the Adria Karting Raceway during the first weekend of February. The drivers of categories OK, OK Junior and 60 Mini will contest their second of the 4 rounds of the series that will continue with the races in Muro Leccese (March 10th) and Sarno (March 24th). KZ2 will be at the debut of the season before the closer to be held in Sarno.

Every racing day is good to collect points to turn the classification around, as sporting regulations award points starting from the final classification of heats on Saturday evening. The live streaming feed on Sunday, February 24th will start at 10:30 and will cover Prefinals and Finals and by then the classification might be shaped up differently from now. The increasing point scoring system will provide more chances to climb the classification up in the next three races. After the round of Adria, the Italian Lorenzo Travisanutto (KR-Iame-Bridgestone, 64 points) is on top of the OK classification leading the Dutch Kas Haverkort (CRG-TM, 60 p.) and the Scot Dexter Patterson (KR-Iame, 50 p.). The Brazilian Rafael Camara (BirelArt-TM-Vega, 89 p.) is leading the pack in OK Junior and is followed by the Dutch Robert De Haan (Energy-TM, 55 p.) and the Italian Andrea Antonelli (KR-Iame, 44 p.). Category 60 Mini is currently led by the very young driver from United Arab Emirates Rashid Al Dhaheri (Parolin-TM-Vega, 65 p.), who is followed by the Belgian Ian Eyckmans (Parolin-TM, 53 p.) and the Russian Kirill Kutskov (Energy-TM, 48 p.).
