Austrian karting prodigy Niklas Schaufler is MP Motorsport’s latest addition to its 2025 F4 Spanish Championship line-up. Backed by the Red Bull Junior Team, Schaufler will transition to single-seater racing following a distinguished karting career which established him as one of motorsport’s most promising young talents.
 

At just 14 years old, Schaufler has already compiled an impressive list of achievements in karting. Recognising his exceptional talent, Red Bull enlisted Schaufler into its junior programme in August 2024 before placing him with MP Motorsport for the upcoming Spanish F4 season.
 

Schaufler stepping up to the F4 Spanish Championship fully aligns with MP Motorsport’s commitment to nurturing young talent and providing a pathway to the highest levels of motorsport. With his karting success and Red Bull’s endorsement, Schaufler is poised to make a significant impact in the 2025 season.

In 2023, Schaufler secured victories in both the Italian Karting Championship and the South Garda Winter Cup at OK Junior level, along with a runner-up finish in the WSK Champions Cup. His success continued in 2024, dominating the OK category with wins in the WSK Champions Cup and the WSK Super Master Series, and a second-place finish in the Champions of the Future Euro Series.
