Van Amersfoort Racing is excited to welcome 16-year-old driver Marcus Saeter to the team for the 2025 Italian Formula 4 season. After some impressive results in karting and auto racing, the Norwegian will move up the ranks to formula racing.
Marcus Saeter, born on October 21, 2008, in Norway, started karting at the young age of five years old. He competed in various national and international karting series, with his standout achievements including a second place in the 2022 Winter Cup OKJ and a sixth place in the Karting OKJ World Championship in 2021.
In 2024, the Norwegian started auto racing in the Ginetta Junior Championship. In his rookie year, he achieved two wins and stood on the podium eight times, finishing sixth place in the Championship.
This year, Saeter will make his debut in formula racing and compete in the Italian Formula 4 Championship with Van Amersfoort Racing. Together with Dante Vinci, Payton Westcott and Maximilian Popov, the Norwegian will be looking for strong results.

The Italian Formula 4 Championship consists of seven rounds and runs from May 2 to October 12. The first race weekend will take place in Misano from May 2 to 4.
