The fastest qualifiers in Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy
The first official results from South Garda Karting in Lonato. The Qualifying Practices of the final round of the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy have determined the starting grids for the Qualifying Heats, which are taking place under the night lights.
Mini MAX - Spencer takes the lead!
A time of 51.967 secures KR Sport’s Oliver Spencer the overall pole position. The Brit, who leads his group ahead of Nikita Ljubimov (Bouvin Power) and championship leader Albert Friend (Strawberry Racing), outpaces Aj Burggraaff (SP Motorsport), 1st in group 2 and 2nd overall.
Junior MAX - Ashcroft returns to pole
Danish driver Mathias Kjellerup (RS Competition) "opens the show" in Junior, but the overall pole position goes to Jacob Ashcroft (Dan Holland Racing). Dan Holland’s duo Toms Strele and Cameron Nelson secure 3rd and 4th overall.
Senior MAX - Lee surprises everyone
Out of 81 drivers, Austin Lee takes the pole position. The Brit from Strawberry Racing leads his teammate, and fastest qualifier of group 2, Tino Sidler. In group 3, Jayden Thien (Dan Holland Racing) tops the group standing.
DD2/DD2 Masters - Bol and Picot, it’s them again
The two championship leaders, SP Motorsport’s Enzo Bol and Nicolas Picot (Masters), set the fastest times in their respective categories. In the overall standings, Bol is ahead of Austrian Leon Mandl (KSB Racing).
E20 Senior/Masters - Elswood confirms, Loacker surprises Ramirez
Will Elswood leads the British "one-two" completed by Spencer Brougham. In the Masters, Gilberto Loacker beats Chilean Hector Ramirez.
