Dutch Dilano Van T 'Hoff will make a step up from karting to F4. Dilano joins the championship-winning team Xcel Motorsport for 2021 in what will be his maiden season in F4. The 16 year old from the Netherlands brings with him a wealth of experience in karting. Dilano is a CIK European and WSK round winner. So he has got what it takes to be fighting for victories straight away in F4. "It is great to welcome Dilano into our team for 2021. We have known and watched Dilano for many years in karting now, so we know that he is more than capable of winning races. We are looking forward to working with and developing Dilano as he makes the move into F4", explained Xcel Motorsport teammanager Paul Hardy.
