The "Savage Six" start at Spa - MERTEL Motorsports drivers go for the famous circuit with their six Ferrari 488  Challenge Evo.

Eager to fight with the competitive field, the MERTEL Motorsport drivers are prepared for the third round of the GT Cup Europe at Spa-Francorchamps. The colourful MERTEL Ferraris - each driver easy to spot - will attack again at the famous track in Belgium.
 

After a Hockenheim round with ups and downs but in the end a P1 for Luca Ludwig/Ivan Velasco and P2 in AM for Alvaro Lobera/Fernando Navarrete the efforts of drivers and team payed out. The Championship standings MERTEL Motorsport is heading to Spa-Francorchamps with is: P1 for Ludwig/Velasco and in AM P5 for Lobera/Navarrete.
 

Luca Ludwig and Ivan Velasco with green Ferrari No. 80 will try to defend their Championship lead - for sure. Alvaro Lobera and Fernando Navarrete with the white Ferrari 488 Challenge Evo No. 81 are keen to give everything to climb up the Championship table and achieve another podium with fast lap times and driver changes as they proved at Hockenheim.

Leon Chen and Mark Speakerwas will attack at Spa now in the colourful No. 82, the female driver couple Alba Vasquez and Laura van den Hengel with white/turquoise No. 83 are well prepared to have a successful race, as well as Stefano Bozzoni and Arturo Melgar that want to reach out for the front rows with the Ferrari No.84 in blue. Anny Frosio and Jorge Cabezas in yellow No.85 will again show that their driver combination works out very well to make higher positions in the Championship table.
