The 47th Trofeo delle Industrie announces another record presence in the four categories on track this year at the South Garda Karting Circuit in Lonato. The race will take place from October 26th to 28th and will have 240 entered drivers in KZ2, OKJunior, 60 Mini and Iame X30Senior. Such important figures reward the oldest karting race in the world: the trophy was in fact originally devised in 1971 by Umberto Pellegrini and took place at the Kartodrome of Parma before relocating to the South Garda Karting Circuit in Lonato in 2012. KZ2 reached level 60 entered drivers, among which a lot of top names like Riccardo Longhi on BirelArt, who won the past two editions. Among the main protagonists, Team SRP Racing’s drivers will make their debut on the Maranello Kart chassis as a preview of season 2019. They will be led by DKM Champion Fabian Federer. The Italian Vice-Champion Giuseppe Palomba will also be present for his first race on new material with Croc Promotion. Francesco Celenta on Praga, Alessandro Pelizzari on Energy, Pasquale Tellone on the new SRK chassis, Manuel Cozzaglio on BirelArt, the Swede Benjamin Tornqvist on CRG, the Croatian Kristijan Habulin on TB Kart, Emilien Denner on Kalì-Kart and Christoph Hold on Maranello will certainly be among the protagonists of this category.

OK-Junior went beyond level 50 drivers and vice-World Champion and vice-European Champion Gabriele Minì on Parolin will make it to the start in his first year in the category after an important experience in Mini. Other big names of this karting season will be present too, as the Russian Kirill Smal on Tony Kart, who was fifth in the recent World Championship and Tommaso Chiappini on Formula K, who won the Italian Championship. Several teams will be present. The ones with the highest number of drivers are CRG, Ward Racing, Ricky Flynn, KR, Forza Racing, Baby Race, Ward Racing and BirelArt.
