In the second 50 minutes practice session of the Friday, Grégoire Saucy (ART Grand Prix) confirms to be the fastest also with new tires, obtaining a very good lap time (1:57.937), being the only driver to go below 1:58.000. Behind him, his teammate, Gabriele Minì, stopping the watch at 1:58.275, so not as close as he might have wanted, but still in a potential first row.

From pole, it is the Zane Maloney to bring Barbados to the top of the podium at the Formula Regional Grand Prix of Monaco. The R-ace driver passes the chequered flag in front of teammates Isack Hadjar and Hadrien David, for a one-team podium in Race 2 in Monaco.

The final classification of the QP changes due to the cancellation of all lap times of the driver Franco Colapinto as a consequence of technical non-conformity of his car. The MP Motorsport driver has decided to retire the car and not participate to the race. This also determines that with 32 drivers competing, both the 12th positioned drivers in QP of Group A and Group B will compete in Race 1 and Race 2, so Nicola Marinangeli (Arden motorsport) will be at the start also tomorrow.

The 30′ qualifying for each of Group A and Group B have seen best lap time of the driver from Barbados Zane Maloney, first of Group B, while Isack Hadjar had been the first of Group A, with the conquer respectively of pole position in Race 2 and Race 1.

In the early morning qualifying sessions in Monaco, it is Zane Maloney (R-ace GP) to obtain the best overall time with 1:28.893), an amazing lap time also helped by a track that has been evidently constantly improving, helping Group B drivers whose session was after Group A. Great job also by his teammate and Rookie, Isack Hadjar, with 1:29.727, the fastest of the first Group. The French driver will start in pole position tomorrow in Race 1, while the Brazilian will be on pole in Race 2 on Sunday.
