Despite threatening skies, with an occasional few drops of rain, the 173 drivers were able to use slick tyres from the first to the last session. In southern Spain, Chiara Battig (SUI) took pole position in the OK class, while Iskender Zulfikari (TUR) was fastest in the OK-Junior class.

With 96 drivers entered in OK and 91 in OK-Junior in the first of five rounds of the Champions of the Future Euro Series, top 10 places in the Final were extremely hard to come by. All qualifying heats have been run. The final stages with TV Live streaming will be on Sunday, March 16th: Prefinals from 10:00 and Finals from 13:00.

After two action-packed days, everything led to Super Heats and Finals in Valencia. The Super Heats offered drivers a final opportunity to secure the best possible grid position for the ultimate showdown. Then, in the Finals, the top contenders went head-to-head in a battle for victory. With daring overtakes, intense last-lap fights, and standout performances, the IAME Winter Cup 2025 came to a breathtaking conclusion, capping off an unforgettable weekend of racing.

After Friday’s timed qualifying sessions, Saturday was all about the battle for grid positions in the qualifying heats. With 24 intense races in the X30 Mini, X30 Junior and X30 Senior categories throughout the day, drivers fought hard to secure the best possible ranking for Sunday’s Super Heats. Every heat counted, as finishing positions translated into crucial points that would determine the starting order for the decisive final phases.

After the final non-qualifying practice sessions, Friday officially kicked off the 2025 IAME Winter Cup at Kartodromo Valencia with timed qualifying practice. Drivers had just a few laps to push to the limit, setting their fastest times to secure the best starting positions for the upcoming Qualifying Heats.

Since its creation, the IWF has continually produced top-level finals, bringing together drivers from all over the world on IAME-powered karts that have been proving their worth for many years. Held in Zuera, Spain, the 2024 edition of the IAME Warrior Final crowned four talented drivers after epic duels: Many Nuvolini in X30 Mini, Kenzo Craigie in X30 Junior, Eduardo Dominguez Espinosa in X30 Senior and John Norris in X30 Master.

The incredible 2024 World Championship held in Great Britain on the PFI circuit had two major highlights: firstly, the two Finals ended in unexpected last-lap upsets, and secondly, the KR-IAME teams put in a particularly impressive overall performance. The two British polemen Joe Turney and Noah Baglin set very fast times and distanced themselves clearly from their rivals. The competition was tighter between the other drivers. Kart Republic has just taken the number of FIA European Karting Championship titles won in the OK category to six out of seven attempts since the Italian brand launched in 2018. At the final round in Kristianstad, Sweden, the KR-IAME packages were impressively successful: Joe Turney celebrated his first crown at this level with another win secured by a healthy margin; Fionn McLaughlin finished 3rd in the Final; Thibaut Ramaekers claimed Championship bronze in his first season in OK.
