The WSK circus remembers Anthoine Hubert with great affection today. The French driver has been the protagonist of karting races before becoming one of the strongest promises of Motorsport. The tragedy happened today in the FIA Formula 2 race at Spa-Francorchamps made all WSK Promotion staff sad, as they got to know the young driver from Lyon at the beginnings of his career.

French racing driver Anthoine Hubert (22 September 1996 – 31 August 2019) died today after a major crash in the Formula 2 at the track of Spa-Francorchamps during the Belgium Grand Prix-weekend. Hubert was involved in a serious crash with Juan Manuel Correa on lap 2 of the 2019 Spa-Francorchamps Formula 2 feature race. After being transported to the circuit medical center post-crash, he died from his injuries. Like many young drivers, Hubert started his career in karting.
