The DKM entourage once again travelled to the Arena E in Mülsen for the fifth event and experienced a highly exciting weekend. The German Kart Championship was already a guest at the 1,315 metre-long Arena E in Mülsen for the season opener. 186 drivers took on the midsummer temperatures. A preliminary title decision was possible in several classes, but some favourites faltered.

At the weekend, 181 drivers travelled to Kerpen for the start of the second half of the DKM season. Mülsen, Ampfing and Wackersdorf were the first three stops of the German Kart Championship. Now the second half of the season started in Kerpen.

It is half-time in the German Kart Championship. The third of this season’s six events took place at Pro Kart Raceland in Wackersdorf. 221 drivers made it a record field and put on an impressive show for the large crowds. The finals produced new winners in three classes: Markus Kajak (DKM), Dion van Werven (DSKC) and Zdenek Babicek (DMKM) claimed their first win of the season. Moritz Groneck (DJKM), Lars Ramaer (X30 Junior) and Elia Weiss (X30 Senior), on the other hand, repeated their success from Ampfing.

The German Rotax MAX scene started the 2023 season with a bang: On 25 and 26 March, both the Rotax MAX Challenge Germany and the partner format of the RMC Cup Series held their first race of the year in Wackersdorf, Bavaria. Together with the guest series of the GKC100 integrated into the supporting programme, they welcomed a huge starting field of over 160 participants*.
