The third edition of the FIA Motorsport Games has officially begun. A total of 646 athletes from 82 countries will compete in no fewer than 26 categories, a significant increase from the 16 categories of last time in France and the six categories of the first edition in Italy. The Rally category has been expanded from three to nine categories, while GT Single Make, Esports F4, Karting Mini and Cross Car Mini are also new.

July was a busy month for the Eurocup3 single-seater championship, with no fewer than three events held in the space of four weeks. Swiss driver Dario Cabanelas was able to continue his progress in three different countries and on three leading European circuits: Paul Ricard in France, Zandvoort in the Netherlands and Motorland Aragon in Spain. With the MP Motorsport team, Dario enjoyed a number of satisfying experiences, particularly during the Qualifying sessions, but also fell victim to incidents which deprived him of deserved results.

PREMA Powerteam experienced a memorable weekend at Imola. With one win and two second-place finishes, Gabriele Minì secured the 2020 Italian Formula 4 Championship with one full round still to go. The 15-year-old racer, who was the first Italian to take the overall title in the history of the championship, delivered three outstanding runs including a win in race 1, as he kept control of the situation and did not make the slightest mistake. He is the fifth Prema driver to take the Italian title, the first being Lance Stroll in 2014.
