Parolin Motorsport and its satellite teams won at the second round of the European Championship at Val Vibrata where Lorenzo Travisanutto came 2nd in the KZ Final to clinch the title in a thrilling finale, while Maksim Orlov, Team Modena Kart, dominated the KZ2 category from start to finish. Riccardo Nalon, Erre Esse Motorsport, won the Final and the KZ2 Masters title.

In Italy, the final of the FIA European Karting Championships in the KZ, KZ2 and KZ2 Masters categories ended with a real plebiscite for Sodi chassis, the official team and the teams representing the French brand. Second in the KZ2 final ahead of team-mate Kasper Schormans, Matteo Spirgel is the new European KZ2 Champion. Senna Van Walstijn, who impressed throughout the weekend at the wheel of his Sodi-TM, finished runner-up in the European KZ Championship. A penalty cost Anthony Abbasse the title, runner-up in the European KZ2 Masters Championship. As for the teams, Sodikart leads the KZ Championship and 3rd in KZ2 Masters, while CPB Sport is leader in KZ2.

Parolin Motorsport, competing in the European KZ Championship, returned from the first round with a very encouraging top three thanks to Lorenzo Travisanutto's superb Final run. Other Parolin / TM Kart teams enjoyed similar success in Spain. In KZ2, Maksim Orlov also finished 3rd with the Modena Kart team, while Riccardo Nalon finished on the KZ2 Masters podium with Erre Esse Motorsport.

Between two European Championship events, the WSK Euro Series made its debut on the Franciacorta circuit last weekend. Parolin Motorsport did not miss this opportunity to train its young drivers and to continue its development work.

True to its policy of enabling as many drivers and teams as possible to compete, whatever the category, the level of the event or the country, the KR Global Motorsport Company drew an extremely positive balance from the fourth round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series held in Cremona, Italy. After the two victories for the KR direct-drive chassis at the opening of the European Championships in OK and OK-Junior, it is now the turn of the "Shifter" model to win a major FIA Karting competition. On the difficult Zuera circuit, Jamaican Alex Powell dominated the KZ2 class Final from 5th position. Similarly, the competitiveness of the KR Motorsport team was clear in KZ, but events did not go in favour of Italian Paolo Ippolito, the reigning European Champion.

The second and final round of the FIA Karting European Championship - KZ & KZ2 saw particularly difficult conditions on the Cremona circuit.

For the opening of the European KZ Championship in Belgium, Parolin Motorsport showed a remarkable level of performance which enabled its two drivers to play leading roles. Francesco Celenta started with the 2nd fastest time in Qualifying while Lorenzo Travisanutto came close to the Final top five in his first race in the category.

A week after the WSK Champions Cup, the Parolin Motorsport team completed an even more satisfactory event during the opening round of the WSK Super Master Series on the circuit of Adria. With an even larger, and even tougher field, the official Parolin drivers scored very consistent results. Al Dhaheri took a second victory in OK-Junior, Celenta mounted the KZ2 podium, and several Mini drivers had the opportunity to shine.

Postponed by a few weeks for safety reasons, the WSK Champions Cup has just launched the international season on the Italian circuit of Adria with more than 335 participants from 51 countries. Adrien Renaudin of the Sodi Racing Team never left the top three in the KZ2 category before finishing in 2nd position. Five of the eight CPB Sport drivers qualified for the Final and Arthur Carbonnel reached 8th place.
