The first round of the Rotax MAX Challenge Winter Series is now in the books. Four thrilling finals delivered excitement and surprises, also shaping the overall standings.

A day full of emotions marked the end of the first of two rounds of the Rotax MAX Challenge Winter Series at Cremona Circuit.

The stage is set at the Cremona Circuit for the highly anticipated first round of the Rotax MAX Challenge Winter Series. Approximately 200 drivers will battle it out on the Lombardy-based track, competing across categories including Mini MAX, Junior MAX, Senior MAX, DD2, and DD2 Masters. The Senior MAX remains the most competitive and populated category with 86 registered drivers, followed by 44 in Junior MAX, 34 in Mini MAX, and 30 across DD2 and DD2 Masters.

The Rotax MAX Challenge Winter Series opening round is well underway at Cremona Circuit, where the rain shows no signs of stopping. The first heats have been completed, setting the stage for an intense weekend of racing.

The 2025 season is officially underway, and a rainy Friday has crowned the first polemen of the year.

The Rotax MAX Challenge Winter Series has already attracted over 150 drivers, making it one of the most anticipated karting events of the season. The series will feature two rounds, starting with the first race at Cremona Circuit from February 12th to 16th, followed by the second round at the International Circuit of Viterbo from March 26th to 30th.

Registrations are now officially open for the first round of the Rotax MAX Challenge Winter Series (RMC Winter Series), set to take place at the Cremona Circuit from February 14 to 16, 2025.

Over 150 competitors to take part, representing 16 nations, in fierce competition across six categories.

BRP-Rotax proudly announces that its full lineup of Rotax 125 MAX Evo Kart Engines and E20 Powertrain has received official CIK-FIA Approval since the 2024 racing season. The spotlight at South Garda Karting shines on the 2024 champions of the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy, which concluded its final round last weekend. Adding even more flair to the competition was the night racing action, during which most of the heats and the final phase on Saturday took place. We also crowned the 2024 champions, the winners of the invitation tickets to the 25th-anniversary edition of the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals, set to take place from October 19 to 26 at the Circuito Internazionale Napoli.

The emotions, tears, and joyful shouts from the great night in Lonato are still fresh. The night race at South Garda Karting was a fitting conclusion to a spectacular season, delivering surprising and unexpected results.

The Saturday night in Lonato provided a stunning backdrop for the decisive day that crowned the 2024 champions of the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy.

In Italy, they say “The night brings advice,” but at South Garda Karting, the night brought results. And significant ones. Thirty-three heats have determined the leaders of the five categories (plus DD2 Masters and E20 Masters), who will give it their all tonight in the Finals of the 2024 edition of the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy.
