The 'prime' tyres developed by the manufacturer LeCont continue to delight drivers and teams. Throughout the season, the WSK Promotion protagonists in OK took advantage of LeCont's performance and this was once again the case in Lonato for the opening round of the WSK Final Cup. This time, the KZ2 category was also equipped with tyres from the Rovereto factory, as in the Open Series. The pole position achieved by Germany's David Trefilov with a sensational time of 44"961 testifies to the outstanding qualities of the Italian tyres.

The first round of the WSK Final Cup ended with the victories of Marchesi (OKN), Orlando (OKNJ), Loomets (MINI U10), Frasnelli (MINI Gr.3), Sala (OKJ), Pavan (OK) and Kajak (KZ2). The next round will be in Cremona.

With 43 heats required to determine the finalists of the first round of the WSK Final Cup at South Garda Karting in Lonato, it is now time for the final phase on Sunday, November 10th. For four days, the Algarve International Karting Circuit in Portimao vibrated to the rhythm of the KZ, KZ2 and KZ Master karts at a meeting eagerly awaited by competitors. The drivers and teams were able to work in a variety of weather conditions, gathering a wealth of data and gaining a much better understanding of the Portimao track. Many of the drivers were taking part in a Champions of the Future event for the first time and appreciated the professionalism of the organisation put in place by RGMMC. On a warm and sunny day of southern Portugal, Frenchman Jérémy Iglesias won the KZ class, Romanian Daniel Vasile won the KZ2 class and Frenchman Anthony Abbasse dominated the KZ Master class.

This year's tour of the German Kart Championship ended at Pro Kart Raceland Wackersdorf and provided a good backdrop for the season finale of Germany's highest kart racing series. A new record was set at the finale with 208 drivers. Thrilling kart racing was on offer in glorious sunshine, with the focus on the title fights in the six classes. The new 2024 champions are Markus Kajak (DKM), Moritz Groneck (DJKM), Milan Rossi (DMKM), Maximilian Schleimer (DSCK), Marius Bonconseil (X30 Junior) and Elia Weiss (X30 Senior).

After being among the protagonists of the Euro OK with Gabriel Gomez's 2nd place in the Championship, CRG colors confirmed themselves at the top in the FIA ​​events also in the KZ category with Viktor Gustafsson's 3rd place in the Championship. At the start of the decisive Final, the Swedish driver, who was only 2 points behind the leader of the standings could have won the title, but such tight races do not allow for mistakes and, unfortunately, something was missing in the race pace in the Final and the 7th place obtained took away any hope of victory.

The final stages of the second and last round of the Mondokart.com FIA Karting European Championship - KZ, KZ2 & KZ2 Masters were the scene of some exciting racing with its share of surprises. David Trefilov (DEU) won the KZ Final, while Lorenzo Travisanutto (ITA) was crowned champion, Maksim Orlov took victory in KZ2 ahead of new champion Matteo Spirgel (FRA), while Riccardo Nalon (ITA) won the KZ2 Masters title.

At the weekend, 181 drivers travelled to Kerpen for the start of the second half of the DKM season. Mülsen, Ampfing and Wackersdorf were the first three stops of the German Kart Championship. Now the second half of the season started in Kerpen.
