Last weekend, the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy held the next round. In French Val d’Argenton, the races ranked three and four of the high-class racing series took place. The championship welcomed its participants from all over the world on a new track on the racing calendar for the season at the halfway mark and provided exciting challenges in the best weather.

Originally scheduled at the height of summer in Le Mans, the 2nd edition of the Rotax MAX Challenge International Trophy had to adapt to the Covid-19 pandemic like everyone else. Thanks to the important preparation work carried out by the 3MK Events team, the event could be rescheduled in Portugal from 8th to 13th December 2020. With nearly 230 participants and a rigorous health protocol, the competition is already shaping up to be a success as the Qualifying Practices have just been completed.

The German Electric Kart Championship’s season half-time took place in Belgian Genk last weekend (2nd to 4th of August). Karting Genk once again lived up to its slogan of being "The Home of Champions" where the winners of the first Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy Open were crowned on the 1,360-metre long track in Belgium from April 19th to 21st, 2019. Almost summerlike conditions made for perfect racing throughout the Easter weekend, welcomed by the 127 drivers from over 20 countries around the world who joined the international competition.
