A benchmark competition team on the international scene for more than two decades, Energy Corse is getting ready to start this new season in the best possible circumstances. No less than 14 drivers have already been announced and will race under the famous colours of the team led by Mick Panigada.

The European Championship race at Sarno for the OK and OK-Junior categories had started well for the Birel ART brand, with a promising Qualifying and several drivers at the front of the field. Unfortunately, there were many collisions in the hot weather near Naples. The hopes of the Birel ART Racing team were dashed throughout the Heats and Finals, to the great regret of the whole team, although they are already focused on the upcoming competitions...

Twenty Qualifying Heats, eight in OK and twelve in Junior, were on the programme on Saturday 22nd August on the Sarno circuit for the second Competition of the FIA Karting European Championship - OK & Junior. The intensity of the Heats, as well as the nervousness of some Drivers, shaped the provisional hierarchy. Barnard continued his dominance in OK, while Ugochukwu had a clear round in Junior.

The eagerly awaited FIA Karting Championships kicked off in Spain on the international circuit of Zuera with the OK and OK-Junior categories. The French Kart Grand Prix started in hot sunshine on Friday, 19th July on the circuit of Le Mans. Once the final Free Practice was over, the 146 participants of the fourth and final FIA Karting European Championship - OK & Junior Competition went out for their Qualifying Practice. Martinius Kleve Stenshorne (NOR) and Kobe Pauwels (BEL) were the Polemen of the day for the first time.

Our Racing Team will take part, as always, in the conclusive event in Le Mans, France, after a short break from competitions, where they better prepared and even improved the Tony Kart Racer 401 R – Vortex couple, already author of excellent performances throughout the year.

Before the conclusion at Le Mans (FRA) at the end of July, the 2019 FIA ​​Karting European Championship - OK & Junior will head to Kristianstad (SWE) from 31st May to 2nd June for a decisive Competition. The first two European meetings have not yet established a precise hierarchy between the participants. For this third round, the field promises to be full with nearly 190 Drivers entered.

The second Competition of the FIA ​​Karting European Championship - OK & Junior was very complex to manage for the participants in the Kart Grand Prix of Belgium in Genk. The rain spared none of the three days of racing, however, the Finals were, fortunately, able to take place on a dry track. Marcus Amand (FRA) won in Junior and Lorenzo Travisnutto (ITA) won the OK Final with a strong lead just before a storm.

In Genk, on the Circuit Horensbergdam, the Tony Kart Racing Team is ready for the battle for the second round of the FIA Karting European Championship for direct-drive classes.

The 2019 season of FIA Karting European Championship is starting on the Gabriel Thirouin Circuit, with our drivers racing in both categories. The Tony Kart Racing Team is ready to get on track on the weekend of April 19th-21st for the first round of the 2019 FIA Karting European Championship. The European event, with 73 registered drivers in OK and 90 in OK-Junior for the French Karting Grand Prix, will be scheduled in four appointments.

The 2019 FIA Karting European Championships - OK and OK-Junior retain the usual pattern of four meetings in France, Belgium and Sweden. The list of entries for the first Competition in Angerville (FRA) confirms the attractiveness of the international categories with 163 Drivers registered, 73 in OK and 90 in OK-Junior. Five continents and 36 nationalities will be represented with distribution balanced between France, Finland and Italy, as the most numerous, as well as Russia, Spain, Great Britain and Sweden.
