During the past 12 months, there has been significant discussion from the karting industry and some competitors regarding the parity between engines in the TaG 125 and TaG 125 Restricted Classes. The data obtained from the recently introduced electronic Scrutineering Records, when matched with the official results from official timing system have provided Karting Australia with the ability to better assess the parity within these Classes.
Based on our analysis of this data, we believe that parity adjustments are warranted for both TaG 125 and TaG 125 Restricted Classes.
