PREMA Racing is heading to Hungary with a hefty lead in both the driver and team championships and with three race-winning drivers. Coming from a triple podium finish which included a win, a second-place, and a third-place only in the previous round at Red Bull Ring, Dennis Hauger is considered by many as the man to beat, and the competition will be extremely motivated in changing that situation.
But the PREMA Racing stable includes other valuable assets. Olli Caldwell has been extremely impressive so far, taking to his first series win in round 1 and scoring a considerable amount of points, including two podiums in Spielberg. The British racer showed impressive chemistry with the Hungaroring in his past endeavours and has the potential to continue on the same successful pace he put up so far this season.
On the other hand, Arthur Leclerc is looking for consistency. Despite cruising to his first win only at his second event in the series, the Monegasque rookie experienced a rough ride, including some technical difficulties and incidents that impacted the outcome of his season so far. Maximising the pace and minimizing the mistakes will be the key for the weekend, with two reverse-grid races on a track that does not offer many chances for passing.

"The one at the Hungaroring will be a key event because it will fully highlight many tricky variables. For example, the reversed grids, on a very twisty circuit where it's difficult to fight back. We also expect the pack to be extremely tight in terms of laptimes as it's a pretty short course, and minimal issues will become crucial in shaping up the outcome of the weekend. In addition, there might also be weather concerns. We worked extremely hard to keep improving but we are sure that our competitors have been working catch us too, so we will try to stay focused, not make mistakes and hopefully continue in the good form we've had so far."
