Paavo Tonteri to debut in KZ2 at the Italian ACI Karting Championship in Siena

The Finn driver will be at the start with team SC Performance. Lanzeni also the debut with team CKR. On track in Siena 60 Mini, KZN Under and Over, Iame X30 Junior and Senior on June 9th.

The second round of the Italian ACI Karting Championship will take place next June 9th at the Circuit of Siena with some interesting novelties especially in KZ2 where the Finn Paavo Tonteri will run his maiden race of the season in the Italian Championship. The 19 years old Finn is Internationally recognized for his competitiveness and will make it to the track with the new team “SC Performance” led by Alessandro Sferrella and Lorenzo Camplese, on Tony Kart-Vortex. Among the other commitments of Tonteri and his team, the KZ2 European Championship on June 16th in Sarno and the International Super Cup KZ2 next September 22nd in Lonato.

Among the protagonists of KZ2, the Italian William Lanzeni changed team and in Siena will debut with CKR joining Francesco Comaducci and Justin Van Der Schaft.
The KZ2 classification is currently led by Simone Cunati on CRG-Tm after the opener in Castelletto di Branduzzo, while the British driver William Macintyre is leading 60 Mini on Parolin-Tm. At the Circuit of Siena KZN will also run its opener with several strong drivers present in the two categories Under and Over.

The rich programme will be rounded off by the two Iame categories X30 Junior and X30 Senior, led respectively by Cristian Bertuca on BirelArt-Iame and Edoardo Ludovico Villa on TB Kart-Iame.

Entries for the race of Siena will have to be submitted in the following way:

CHAMPIONSHIP ENTRY. To enter the Italian ACI Karting Championship the form available at the "Championship Subscriptions Portal" -- regulations section available at:
https://iscrizioni.acisport.it/ must be filled properly with entry fees payment of Euro 300,00 + VAT for 60 Mini, KZ2, X30 Junior, X30 Senior, and Euro 180,00 + VAT for Junior Rok, Senior Rok, 125 KZ National (Under – Over).
It is also possible to enter single rounds of the Italian Championship: in this case, the entry form must be submitted within the Monday proceeding the racing weekend including the copy of the payment receipt of the entry fee amounting to Euro 100,00 + VAT.

RACE ENTRY. The application to enter the race must be done by using the specific form and must be handed to organizers within the Friday proceeding the race. The following entry fees apply:
Euro 300,00 + VAT for each round of 125 KZ2.

Euro 200,00 + VAT for each round of 60 Mini, X30 Junior, X30 Senior, Junior Rok and Senior Rok.

Euro 150,00 + VAT for each round of KZN classes.

The fourth round in Adria will have coefficient 1.5 for categories Rok, the fifth round in Val Vibrata will have coefficient 1.5 for all categories.
The final classification of classes 60 Mini, KZ2, X30 Junior and X30 Senior will be defined as the sum of the top eight results. The final classification of KZN, Rok Junior and Rok Senior will be determined as the sum of the top four results.
