Attention please: instructions to enter at the circuit

Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th track closed, the paddock is open for setting up from 8 to 19.00.

From 28 June from 07:00, the gates of the Franciacorta Karting Track will open for those registered for the IAME Euro Series race.

Our staff at the entrance to the gates, will show you your paddock place based on the size you requested, , while for those who have not send anything, we will do everything to satisfy you but you will have to wait your turn. Until the whole paddock is set up, please we ask for your maximum cooperation Everyone is responsible for their own tent of their sizes and the cleanliness of the same.

After having unhooked the trailer near the team tent, cars with assistance trolleys have positioned the car outside the paddock and will only be able to return at the end of the event to collect the assistance trolley.

For those who will have to unload or load, there will be an area reserved for them for temporary parking: we would like to avoid cars in the paddock and even non-essential vans.

(Mandatory) Obligation fire extinguisher under the tent. If there are tents for the hospitality service and/or catering service, we inform you there will be a fee to be paid to the person in charge.

Attention

Campers, vans, motorhomes and any vehicle used for overnight stays must pay the daily ticket on arrival. The daily cost is 20 €. (not per night) to one of our representatives.

The camper area is outside the paddock.

Campers/motorhomes with a length over 7.5 meters and/or consumption beyond the norm will have to pay an extra daily cost.  

There is an external Car Parking area: all cars/mini vans/minibuses and vans (non-essential) from wednesday onwards must be parked outside the Paddock. please park according to the instructions of the person in charge.

If there are trucks with tractors we will evaluate where to put them outside. Paddock, camper area and parking always unattended day and night Gates open at 7.00 am and gates close at 8.00 pm also for campers.

The bathrooms "under the terrace of the bar" and the showers are also open at night: kindly ask you to leave them tidy and clean.

From 10 pm to 7.00 am any activity inside the paddock and in the camper area is Forbidden

It is forbidden:
- Use scooters and other means without moderation.
- Charge electric cars using power points in the paddock and camper area.
