Gabriele Minì says “yes”: the Italian driver back on the grid in 2022 Formula Regional by Alpine for ART Grand Prix

The Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine keeps being so successful in receiving approval from drivers and teams even with engines off.

Just recently the 2022 scenario is beginning to be outlined, with the arrival and confirmation of important names in the emerging motorsport world. As with the 16-year-old Gabriele Minì, who will start his second season with the colors of ART Grand Prix, which topped the 2021 Drivers’ standings with Grégoire Saucy, who has been recently promoted to Formula 3.

Last season, the young Sicilian driver stood out by collecting four podiums, as many as the front rows obtained, entering the top 10 in 13 out of 20 races held, in which he covered a total of 299 laps. Important results that let him finishing as runner-up in the Rookie standing and 7th overall.

Impressive numbers scored by Minì, who boasts a title secured in the Italian Formula 4 in 2020 in his resume, making his single-seater debut in addition to his several karting victories.
