Registration is underway for the new season of the German Kart Championship (DKM). The online registration for the four DKM categories and the IAME Series Germany is now open at adac.de/motorsport. Germany’s top karting series provides a perfect entry point to the world of four-wheel motorsport and again forms part of the “Road to DTM” development programme in 2025. This offers the talented youngsters in the DKM the opportunity to progress to ADAC GT4 Germany the following season.
Five race weekends await the drivers in this year’s German Kart Championship. The racing kicks off with a premiere, as the series travels to the Belgian town of Mariembourg for the first time. This is followed by outings at the German tracks in Mülsen, Ampfing and Kerpen. In keeping with tradition, the finale will take place in Wackersdorf. The six classes are divided into two formats. The DKM (KZ2) and DJKM (OK Junior) are listed as international racing series (IDKM regulations, 2025), while the DSKC (KZ2) and DMKM (MINI) categories are national competitions, as are the X30 Junior and X30 Senior classes in the IAME Series Germany.
The registration fee for all classes is € 2,660 and includes the Friday test day on one event weekend. New this season is the nomination of team representatives for the DKM committee. Applicants can be nominated for selection via the online portal. Once the nomination deadline has passed, the representatives will be elected from all the applications received. More information on registration for the DKM, as well as the new regulations and DKM committee, can be found at adac.de/motorsport.
