Colbe Pattison joins the Kalì Kart Team

Kalì Kart is pleased to announce the agreement with Colbe Pattison who will join the official team for the 2025 season in the MINI category. Colbe, better known as CJ, was born in Halifax, West Yorkshire, on March 31, 2014 and is among the most promising drivers of the English school.

He received his first go-kart when he was three years old and had his first race ever in a Bambino kart at 5 and won it. The same year, in 2021, he became the Sprint Series Champion and the following year he graduated as British Vice Champion. In 2023 he took part in the Iame Waterswift restricted Championship where he achieved a victory and several podiums. The same year he took part in the Iame Finals in Portimao driving a MINI Kart without restrictions for the first time and obtained an excellent P16 out of 105 drivers.

In 2024 he raced in the MINI Iame Series, obtaining many important results and also demonstrating high potential at the Zuera International Finals, where he scored P4 overall in Qualifying Practice and only a bit of bad luck in the Heat deprived him of the possibility of fighting for the podium in the Final. In December he carried out some testing sessions with the Kalì Kart team, immediately making a favorable impression on the technical staff and a few days ago, at the CRG headquarters in Lonato, a 1-year contract was signed as an official Kalì Kart driver in the MINI category, with an option also for 2026 in the higher category (OKJ).

This is how Colbe has commented on the agreement with Kalì Kart:
“It will be an important challenge for me to be part of a Factory Team and compete with the strongest drivers in the MINI category in the most important meeting,  such as the WSK events and the Italian Championship. The first days of work on the track with the team were very productive and intense, I found very professional staff and management and everything seems to have started in the best way. Our first race together will be in two weeks in Sarno for the WSK Master Series and then we will take part in all the most important events of the season. I am excited about this opportunity and can’t wait to get to Sarno for the first race”.
