Tony Kart Racing Team towards Kristianstad for the OK and OKJ World Championship

During the weekend of 20-23 September, the Tony Kart Racing Team’s drivers will be engaged in the World Championship for OK and OKJ classes on the Kristianstad circuit (Sweden).

Just two weeks after the success of Matteo Viganò on the occasion of the International KZ2 Supercup in Belgium, the Tony Kart Racing Team is ready to get back on track and will do it on the weekend of 20-23 September at the World Championship for the single-speed OK and OKJ categories. The Kart Grand Prix - Sweden will start on the Swedish Kristianstad circuit.

In the Senior class there will be David Vidales and Noah Milell: both just back from the excellent results obtained in the KZ and KZ2 World Championships in Belgium, our drivers will get on the track with the aim to immediately enter the fight for the victory.

Besides them, two new entries will join the Tony Kart Racing Team, namely Daiki Sasaki and Gento Miyashita: coming from the OK Japanese Championship. There will also be a new driver in the Junior category, Urbeltz Moar Maestro, a young Spanish driver who will be wearing the colors of our racing department for the first time in Kristianstad.

In OKJ will be present the Russian Nikita Bedrin, ready to redo the excellent third place centered in the final of the WSK Open Cup in Lonato, the Dutch Laurens Van Hoepen, the Spanish Josep Maria Martì and the Colombian Sebastian Montoya.

The round of the CIK-FIA World Championship and the CIK-FIA World Junior Championship 2018, at the start on the Swedish circuit of Kristianstad, can be followed from Friday free practice through the live timing service available on the site http://www.apex-timing.com/live-timing/cik-fia/index.html . The qualifying heats and the Sunday finals, however, will be broadcast through the live streaming service on the official http://www.cikfia.tv/ website.
