Tony Kart: New Look for Kart Livery and Race Suit by OMP

At the FIA Karting World Championship KZ in Portimão, Portugal, the Tony Kart Racing Team took to the track with the Racer 401 RR and OMP suits in the 2025 livery. Although 2024 is not yet over, the Tony Kart Racing Team is already laying the groundwork for the 2025 season. Their racing division presented, directly on the track at the FIA Karting World Championship KZ, the new livery that will be used next year on the newly homologated Tony Kart Racer 401 T, along with the new official drivers’ racing suit, as always designed and produced by OMP.

The new look features dynamic red and green accents (a reference to wind tunnel testing) on a pearl-coloured background, maintaining the legacy of the Tony Kart liveries that competed and won numerous titles from 2008 to today. The new sticker design, now applied to the current M10 bodywork (including the front and rear spoilers), will also be used on the upcoming M11 bodywork model.

The race suit, which incorporates Tony Kart’s new graphic identity, is once again crafted by OMP—a historic motorsport brand owned by Racing Force Group. This Italian company is a leader in technical apparel and safety equipment for motorsport and has been a technical partner of OTK Kart Group since 2016. The KS-X Art model is a true benchmark in the karting world. Ultralight and fully printed, it is the result of close collaboration with the Tony Kart Racing Team. The new top-of-the-range KS-X Art suit has been introduced by OMP to meet the FIA 8877 homologation standard, the most advanced ever for karting equipment.

The KS-X Art suit has undergone even more rigorous abrasion testing, with the introduction of materials of superior strength while maintaining a similar weight to the previous model. At the same time, comfort, elasticity, and breathability have been further improved thanks to intensive research and development on construction, modelling, and stitching. OMP’s R&D department has also applied expertise gathered from designing racewear for car racing competitions.

Completely Made in Italy, the KS-X Art suit also takes advantage of OMP’s patented sublimation printing technology, featuring an outer fabric with a higher gloss finish that enhances the visual impact of any customised design.
