René Lammers has traded his Parolin-kart for a Formula 4 car of MP Motorsport. The 15-year-old talented driver from Zandvoort presented his car this week in his own backyard, on the Zandvoort F1 circuit. In 2023 René became European Champion in OK and second in the World Championship driving for Parolin Motorsport. This year he made the step to the Spanish Formula 4. The Karting Champions League was set up specifically to find Europe's new racing talent. To give all the top talent a chance to prove themselves, we had to change our approach and therefore the calendar for 2024. After hearing that most talented European drivers wanted to participate but could not combine their schedules with ours, we decided to go ahead with four of the eight scheduled races.
