LeCont has concluded its second full year of official partnership with WSK Promotion with satisfaction and pride. Throughout the 10 events of the 2022 season, the Italian manufacturer has guaranteed consistent, high-performance tyres for competitors in the OK category and in KZ2 in the Euro Series. The success of the second and final round of the WSK Final Cup held in Lonato confirmed the effectiveness of Italian tyres, with a new lap record in OK. The Karting Australia Board has selected the LeCont and Maxxis tyre brands as the successful tenderers to supply tyres for the Karting Australia sanctioned karting for the period 1st January 2022 – 31st December 2026.

Official tyre supplier to the FIA European Karting Championship - OK and Junior and the FIA World Karting Championship - OK, LeCont will also equip the OK and OK-Junior categories of the new Champions of the Future by RGMMC series.

Selected by tender to supply tyres to the drivers in the OK category of the 2019 FIA ​​Karting European Championship, the manufacturer LeCont perfectly fulfilled the mission that the CIK-FIA entrusted them with. Throughout the four Grand Prix Kart races in France (twice), in Belgium and Sweden, sporting fairness has prevailed. The very high standard of competition gave rise to magnificent battles and suspense that held until the end, on the very demanding international circuit of Le Mans.

The issue of tyre wear was frequently at the heart of the drivers' and teams' concerns during the Swedish Kart Grand Prix at Kristianstad.
