The Iron Dames Young Talents Karting selection for 2024 has successfully concluded, showcasing a rigorous and inspiring program aimed at identifying and nurturing the next generation of female racing talent. The Iron Dames, competing this weekend at the 6 Hours of Fuji, took advantage of the Asian round of the FIA World Endurance Championship to engage with Japanese youth. Through two meetings during the run-up to the race weekend, Sarah Bovy, Rahel Frey, Michelle Gatting and Doriane Pin were keen to bring local kids and female racing talent behind the scenes of top-level motor racing, to share rewarding personal experiences and to offer valuable advice for their budding careers.
