Arden Motorsport, one of the UK’s best-known racing operations, will compete in this year’s GB4 Championship with its protégé Leon Wilson.

The exciting story of Sodikart and endurance racing has been enriched by a new and particularly brilliant chapter at the 34th edition of the Le Mans 24 Hours Karting, held on the last weekend of September. With many Sodi chassis competing, Sodi has achieved excellent results at the most famous endurance race in the world. The factory Sodikart GP1 team won the overall classification with its second consecutive FIA Karting Endurance Championship, while the GP2 class concluded with three Sodi chassis on the podium.

For the fourth time, the FIA ​​Karting Endurance Championship will take place at Le Mans within the 34th edition of the 24 Hours Karting from 27th to 29th September 2019. Like last year karting will share the poster with the very popular 24 Hours Trucks as part of a dynamic established by the ACO.

Born in the French city of Rouen, Pierre Gasly’s start in motorsport came like many before him, in karting, where he made his way up to French Formula 4 and, then, Eurocup Formula Renault, where he competed as part of the Red Bull Junior programme. From there, he moved to F1 feeder series GP2, which he won in 2016 and Super Formula and before eventually being promoted to Red Bull sister team Toro Rosso at the end of 2017.
