The sixth and final round of the Superkarts! USA California ProKart Challenge was held over the September 28-29 weekend, returning to the K1 Circuit. The Winchester, California facility sparked up the entry total once again, surpassing the 150-mark for 11 classes in competition. Perfect weather greeted the teams and drivers completing the 20th season for the championship program.

With rain overnight and the threat of more rain in the forecast throughout the day, RMC Winter Trophy competitors descended on the Orlando Kart Center (OKC) for the final time in 2024. With race wins, championships, and tickets to the RMC Grand Finals on the line, the wheel-to-wheel action commenced with prefinals for all classes with grids set from Friday’s qualifying session before the afternoon made way for the main events on Championship Sunday.

The California ProKart Challenge completed the 2022 season over the October 1-2 weekend, signifying the end of two things. First, the sixth and final round of the Superkarts! USA regional program was contested at the CalSpeed Karting facility. Secondly, the Fontana, California facility hosted its final regional event prior to its closing later this year. CalSpeed has been the site to many Superkarts! USA events during its history, and the final chapter of that story helped to decide this year’s series champions. The backdrop was perfect with weather sunny and warm for the nearly 100 drivers competing over the two-day event on the ‘Classico’ layout.

The California ProKart Challenge traveled to the CalSpeed Karting Center for the lone double-round weekend of the 2022 season. The June 24-26 event at the Fontana, California facility hosted Rounds Three and Four of the Superkarts! USA regional championship program.

In just one week, the California ProKart Challenge returns to action and hosts the lone double-round weekend of the season.
