Alba Hurup Larsen will join the F1 Academy grid with MP Motorsport in 2025 to represent the world-renowned Tommy Hilfiger brand in the all-female international single-seater racing series. The 16-year-old Danish driver is the first of three drivers to be run by the Dutch outfit in F1 Academy.

The second Competition of the Mondokart.com FIA Karting European Championship - OK & Junior was hit by rain during the last two timed sessions. Pole positions were secured on a dry track during the first sessions by Iacopo Martinese (ITA) in Junior and David Cosma Cristofor (ROU) in OK. The two timed series of the first FIA Karting Academy Trophy Competition took place in the rain, with Dan Allemann (CHE) the fastest.

Following three days of action during the FIA Girls on Track – Rising Stars program at the Franciacorta Karting Track in the North of Italy, the junior’s selection has come to an end. Four talented young drivers have been chosen to progress to the final stage of the program – at the Ferrari Driver Academy in Maranello for the FIA-FDA Karting Scouting Camp. The senior category continues until the end of Thursday.

A total of 233 drivers representing 59 nations are entered for Třinec International Steel Ring. The participants competing in the full FIA Karting European Championship - OK & Junior are complemented by 29 wild cards in a total 93 OK and 95 OK-Junior drivers. The FIA Karting Academy Trophy will start with 45 drivers.
