Sodikart strengthens its involvement in competition

As part of its long-term presence in international competition, the Sodikart group is giving its Racing Team a new impetus through a refreshed structure, new investments and expanded technical and human resources. For the French company, the aim is to open up new prospects in competition and to bring the benefits of this new dynamic to its Racing range.

Reorganisation of the Sodi Racing Team

Florent Bizalion has been appointed KZ Team Manager and will be in charge of developing the French brand's strong potential in the gearbox categories, where winning major titles remains a priority. As for the KZ2 category, the Sodikart Group has reiterated its confidence in Team CPB Sport, a long-standing partner, which will continue to manage the racing department in major international competitions.

Jean-Philippe Guignet has been appointed OK and OK-Junior Team Manager and will continue his quality work in these up-and-coming categories.

For 2025, the French brand has already confirmed its presence in all the international OKJ, OK and KZ categories, intending to provide its drivers with a coherent karting network.

New resources dedicated to competition

In addition to a new state-of-the-art factory and new industrial facilities, Sodikart continues to invest and now has a latest-generation multifunctional industrial robot 100% dedicated to racing products.

At the same time, Research & Development human resources dedicated to racing have been doubled, while all other Sodikart departments are fully invested in the project. Marketing, communications and sales administration all have their part to play in this reorientation.

Bertrand Pignolet, Chairman and CEO of the Sodikart Group:

"Competition has always been part of Sodikart's DNA since its creation. Our determination to achieve a level of excellence in this field is stronger than ever. To achieve this, our strategy needed to be clarified over the longer term. This is what we are doing through the reorganisation of our racing department and by allocating more resources to our racing department thanks to the strength of the wider company. Our in-house culture of developing all our products on a daily basis is the reason for our success around the world. All the staff at the factory are involved in this global reinforcement aimed at winning more victories and encouraging a real link between karting and motorsport".
