Ramon Rietveld to run factory team in the Rotax Max: Gamoto by RR Racing!

RR Racing will team up with the top Italian team of Gamoto. RR Racing; the successful Dutch team of former karter Ramon Rietveld will from now on race under the name Gamoto by RR Racing and will therefore be the factory team for Gamoto in the Rotax Max.

What does the collaboration entail?

"We will be called Gamoto by RR Racing and we will be the factory team for Gamoto and EKS in the Rotax Max," Ramon Rietveld explained. "We get a lot of support from Gamoto in terms of technology and karts. And we get all the support with the latest developments on the karts, but also support with both drivers and mechanics."

"We represent EKS kart in the Netherlands and Belgium and focus on the Rotax Max classes and we will expand with drivers in the Micro Max, Mini Max, Rotax Max juniors and Rotax Max Seniors. All Micro's and Mini Max's have already switched to EKS karts, and soon we will also switch with the big karts. EKS has proven to be good karts. We are also the factory team internationally for Gamoto in the Rotax Max Euro Challenge."

"They are nice people to work with, the Italians from Gamoto have a lot of experience in international karting. I'm really very happy with it, the kart is really good, that makes it easy. And as I emphasized these are fine people and they deliver quickly. If I need parts or karts, I have it in no time."

Gamoto by RR Racing's karts also have a new livery as of now. "I like the livery and I'm proud of our team," said Ramon.

How did Ramon come in contact with Gamoto?

"I was looking for a new brand. When I was at the WSK in Italy last summer we got in contact. After the summer vacations we started it, Felipe Reijs was the first driver on an EKS kart and it went well right away."

Success also started right away in 2023, as last weekend marked a kickstart for RR Racing at the Winter Cup in Kerpen with podiums and a win by its drivers. "All the guys were already driving an EKS kart in the Micro and Mini and we were right up front. We want to raise the level. And internationally we want to compete with the English teams."

"We do driver coaching, data, and there is still room in our team and we have space and time to test. So if you are interested in testing EKS' good chassis, feel free to contact us. We race the BMC, BNL, NK, the EK, and big races like the one at Le Mans."

RR Racing is the factory team on behalf of Gamoto in the Rotax Max. In terms of power source, the team drives Bouvin's engines. "We still have room at our team and drivers who are interested can test."
