Positive feedback for Kalì Kart at the FIA European Championship

The 1st of the four rounds of the 2024 FIA European Championship for the OK and OK-Junior categories ended on the Valencia circuit in Spain. The official Kalì Kart team took part in this important international meeting with two drivers in the OK category: Stefano Pedani and Peter Stiller.

The experience was very positive, despite the delay with which the tires for the direct drive categories were established (contract transferred to Maxxis instead of 2023 MG tires ), objectively created many problems in the preparation phases of this event. There were some ups and downs during the weekend and, above all, Peter Stiller suffered some problems in finding the right feeling with the setup, failing to qualify for the Final. Stefano Pedani's weekend, however, was on the rise, first doing well in qualifying for the Final, despite two penalties for the spoiler costing him over 20 positions on the starting grid, and subsequently among the fastest in the Final, where he recovered 20 positions, finishing in P16. Sporting results aside, the positive feedback was above all of a technical nature, thanks to the great work done by the team which created the foundations for the upcoming international events.

This is how Stefano Pedani commented on his weekend:

“I am very happy with the result, we were fast right from Free Practice and in the Final the chassis setup and the TM engine were perfect. We are doing a good teamwork and constantly improving; therefore, we can look to the future with ever greater ambitions."

The next appointment with the FIA European Championship is scheduled for April in France.
