Noah Strømsted to race for Trident in the 2025 FIA F3
Trident Motorsport is pleased to announce the second of the three drivers who will make up its 2025 FIA Formula 3 Championship line-up. The team based in Milan with operational headquarters in Ossona, which won the Drivers' championship with Gabriel Bortoleto in 2023 and with Leonardo Fornaroli in 2024, will field the promising Noah Strømsted next season. For the 17-year-old from Copenhagen, this will be his first full-time campaign in the series, where he made his debut this year in Monza.
Strømsted began his single-seater career in 2021 finishing second in the Danish F4. In the following two seasons, the 17-year-old Dane was a front-runner in the Spanish F4, where in 2023 he achieved three podiums. In 2024, Strømsted shone in the Formula Regional championship, finishing sixth with four podiums, three fastest laps and one pole position. Trident Motorsport has had the opportunity to check the qualities of the driver on several occasions, and the team is fully confident that Strømsted can achieve excellent results in 2025.
Giacomo Ricci, Team Manager Trident Motorsport: “We are extremely happy to announce Noah Strømsted in our line-up for the 2025 season. We had the opportunity to evaluate the Danish driver both on our test car and on our simulator and we immediately had excellent feedback. Despite being a very young driver, he is already very mature from our point of view. Noah was the best rookie of FRECA in 2024. He is a young guy, with great potential and with a great margin for growth. We are really proud to have him on board our team competing in the FIA Formula 3 Championship and we are convinced that he will be able to be among the key players of the category in his rookie season”.
Noah Malling Strømsted, Trident Motorsport driver, 2025 FIA F3 Championship: “I am very happy to join Trident for my debut season in the 2025 FIA Formula 3. Their success in the past years speaks for itself, I will work very hard to be competitive since the beginning of the season and help the team as much as possible with the development of the new car. I would like to thank Trident for their trust and for giving me this opportunity and of course my sponsors, family, coach and management for making this happen!”
