Maranello Kart dominantes KZ2 at the opener of the Autumn Trophy in Lonato

Massimo Dante clinched the victory in the first round of the 28th Autumn Trophy in Lonato. Christoph Hold was second, Flavio Sani third and Andrea Ceresoli fifth. The closer to take place on October 6-7.

Maranello Kart had a victorious start to the 28th Autumn Trophy in Lonato, where the Italian outfit monopolized class KZ2 with four drivers in the top5. The victory went to Massimo Dante, as Christoph Hold was second and Flavio Sani third. Maranello Kart’s dominant run was completed by Andrea Ceresoli, who claimed a great P5.

The quality of Maranello Kart’s chassis and drivers has been highlighted by a high-level result, as the color bearers of the Italian outfit have been particularly quick and dominated the first round of the 28th Autumn Trophy. The closing round will take place on October 6-7.

Massimo Dante dominated this first round posting the quickest lap time in qualifying and winning the Prefinal too, leading Flavio Sani in the occasion, while Christoph Hold put in a good comeback from the seventh place of qualifying to the fourth in Prefinal. Hold completed his final taking P2 behind  Dante and leading Sani, who was delayed a bit early on. Maranello Kart’s Gabrio Bizzozero came 20th in KZ2, Francesco Galletto was 25th and Paolo Rocca 27th.  

Regarding the other categories, the Austrian Lukas Znul qualified for the Final in 60 Mini and completed it in 28th place, while Paul Rieberer was handed a 10s time penalty in X30 Junior and was relegated to P25.
