Live timing & Results: Round 1 of the RMC Euro Trophy at Karting Genk “Home of Champions”

The Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy makes a welcome return to Karting Genk: Home of Champions for the first round of the 2023 calendar, which will take this weekend place between the 14th and 16th of April. The Mini MAX, Junior Rotax, Senior Rotax, DD2, DD2 Masters, E20 Junior, and E20 Senior are the classes that will participate this weekend.

Karting Genk – ‘The Home of Champions‘ - is world-renowned for its pedigree of former karting champions who have progressed to the top of their class or through the motorsport ranks, together with those who also just love driving on this track. Boasting names that include the likes of Button, Verstappen, Vandoorne, Frijns, D’Ambrosio, Alonso, Schumacher,... and many more, Karting Genk is proud to play host to the very best! This CIK-FIA homologated circuit, located in the province of Limburg is a welcome starting place for every season of the Euro Trophy so far, there is no exception. With a length of 1,360 metres and minimum width of 6 metres, there are 12 corners – 5 right, 5 left and 2 multi-corner combinations, which were originally inspired from several of Europe’s most famous tracks and ultimately designed to throw out the technical challenge to every race driver.
