Kirill Smal to join Monolite Racing from Barcelona

Monolite Racing is delighted to announce a new entry for the second round of the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine at Barcelona. The Italian squad, led by Rudi Mariotto will field a third car for Kirill Smal.

The Kyrgyzstan-licensed driver already entered the pre-season testing with the team at Le Castellet and Monza and quickly proved to be very quick. In fact, Smal has even ended up in the top-5 in several sessions as one of the series' best rookies to date.

Smal will make his series debut after his previous Formula 4 experiences that saw him finish third in the Italian and UAE championships in 2021, and fourth in the 2022 Spanish series.
