KIC Motorsport announces the arrival of Alex Sawer

KIC Motorsport announced the addition of Alex Sawer (Sawer Hoàng Đạt) as a promising new talent for the upcoming season. The 16-year-old Vietnamese sensation, with a solid background in international karting, is poised to make his debut in the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine after a successful campaign in the 2023 Formula 4 Indian Championship, where he notched a race win and six podium finishes. Supported by Evans GP, Sawer’s entry into FRECA signifies a pivotal step in his racing career.

Reflecting on his new challenge, Sawer expressed, “FRECA will be a new challenge for me, with a new car, new circuits, and a new racing environment. I’m excited to embrace this and gain valuable experience. I’m also looking forward to progressing from the F4 Indian Championship, which has done a lot to support drivers like myself on the FIA Global Pathway.”
