Information regarding the International IAME Games – Portimão, Portugal

Over the past few days we have received many enquiries so here are a few bullet points to assist.

Provisional Entry List now online.  If you are not on the list it is because you either cancelled which means you will have automatically been removed or you have not entered.  We can continue to take entries until Monday 16/11 – 17.00

Panta Fuel  -  fuel to be used at this event.  Online order is available online, you should make your order directly with them.

FPAK – Portuguese Federation are issuing invitation letters to those that need it.  For this, you need to send to lynn@rgmmc.com your passport number, name as it appears in passport and nationality.  If you have already made this to us but not received your letter please advise immediately.

Covid-19 PCR Tests.  It will be the requirement of all those in attendance to be in possession of a negative test latest 96 hours when entering the paddock.

Sunday 29/11 – an on track covid testing facility will be made available for those that need a negative test to return home to avoid quarantine. This will be carried out on the Sunday. If you wish for this service you must send an Excel sheet with Column A Full Name, and Column B Team Associated with, to james@rgmmc.com.

Free Practice – this is available Tuesday 24 & Wednesday 25/11 from 09.00.  Tickets for this practice can be purchased at the RGMMC Race Office.  Cost 80 € per day.  Please note this is not obligatory.

Official free practise starts on Thursday 09.00 – from this time all drivers must show their official race numbers.  This is the responsibility of the driver/team to provide these.  RGMMC do not have this facility.

Transponders – yellow MyLaps.  We do have ones for rental if needed – cost 50 € per weekend.

Oil – this is open.  You can use whichever you prefer but must be CIK/FIA Homologated.

Sporting Checks – to avoid queues, please ensure you have the correct documentation.  A valid, signed, minimum international C license, entrant license.  Mini drivers need valid national license with permission from their ASN giving them permission to take part in this event.  Please check the back of your licenses as some countries already include this. 

ONLY ORIGINAL LICENSES ACCEPTED – NO PAPER COPIES.

Paddock Gates open 09.00 – Monday 23/11 at 09.00.  Paddock parking is issued on a first come, first served basis.  If there are any special requirements let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Remember !!  The overall top 3 winners of the 2020 Euro Challenge will also complete their podium at the event.
