The Karting Champions League: Cultivating Racing Talent

At the Karting Champions League, we are at the forefront of transitioning karting talents to the next level of their careers. Senior class winners can earn test/academy days in collaboration with MP Motorsport. Additionally, prestigious prizes are available across other classes as well, designed to promote the further development of racing talent in cooperation with Rotax Max and IAME. Winners in the Rotax Max and IAME categories, for instance, may participate in the Rotax Max Challenge International Trophy and the IAME World Finals.

For senior classes and the KZ class, our special partnership with MP Motorsport grants the top 3 winners a chance to test in a Formula 4 car. Podium finishers in these categories gain exclusive access to the MP Motorsport Academy Program.

Karting Champions League: Accelerating Talent

"With the Karting Champions League, we aim to be more than just a race events organizer; we're committed to nurturing young talent and supporting their ascent to the highest echelons of motorsport," says Henk de Jong, Director of the Karting Champions League. “An integral part of our mission, we plan to introduce a Kart academy and a Formula 4 academy program in 2025. These initiatives will offer international talents a development platform from karting all the way to the pinnacle of racing, including Formula 1, Indy, or DTM,” continues Henk de Jong.

Ahead of the Winter Series 2025, teams and drivers will have the opportunity to test on the days leading up to the competition. Participants in the Winter Series will enjoy ample track time, with the option to begin testing on Wednesday and Thursday, followed by official test days on Friday, and qualifying and races over the weekend. "Competing against top-level opponents is invaluable for a driver’s development," adds Henk.

Interest in this revitalized format of the Karting Champions League is significant. We urge teams and drivers interested in participating to register today via our website to secure a spot.

Registration is available at www.kartingchampionsleague.com. Leading up to the event, we will be providing teams and drivers with information through our social media platforms and newsletter.

We look forward to seeing you at the Karting Champions League | Winter Series 2025 in Mariembourg.
