CRG 24 Hours Karting race entry list grows every day

The 7th edition of the classic 24 Hours Karting of Italy organized by CRG scheduled for March 16th and 17th on the Castelletto di Branduzzo track in Italy, is proving to be much loved by Endurance Karting teams and enthusiasts. Over 25 teams have already made their registration official and, just over two months before the event, less than 15 places are still available. At the moment, around 10 countries are represented with crews from China, Spain, the Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, and Italy, for an entry list that is, as usual, very international and competitive.

The race will take place with a brand-new fleet of CRG Centurion karts equipped with a 390cc Honda engine, which will be supplied to the teams by drawing lots and, for the first time in this event, during the race each team will have to change its kart 4 times (2 times in the first 12 hours and 2 times in the second part of the race), so as to avoid even those small engine differences that could influence such a long and hard-fought race. Apart from that, there will be many confirmations of a winning format, starting from the live streaming and the high organizational content that CRG very professionally provides every year for the teams that compete in this fascinating event.

There will be two categories admitted with related prizes: the PRO category for teams with more experienced drivers and the SILVER for those more amateur ones. As regards the team composition, they must be made up of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 drivers, with a minimum age set at 14 years.

It is worth saying that the entry fee is set at Euro 2,600.00 per team and the event program will open on Friday, March 15th with a few hours of Free Practice, in order to allow, especially non-Italian drivers, to become familiar with the track and the Centurion karts, while the official Free Practice and the Superpole will take place on Saturday morning, before the start of the race set for 3:00 PM.
