Bas Kaligis / Wednesday, November 14, 2018 / Categories: WSK Baby Race scores magic 1-2 win with Eyckmans and Irfan in the WSK Final Cup The great moment of form for the Baby Race team continued with a super impressive run to keep the momentum in the final part of the season. In the second round of the WSK Final Cup that took place on the Castelletto di Branduzzo track, the Brescia-based squad collected a spectacular 1-2 win in the Mini 60 class. Ean Eyckmans and Coskun Irfan were the stars of the whole weekend, eventually taking first and second place in the Final. It was a sensational result that rewards the efforts of all the Baby Race technical and sports staff, racing on Parolin chassis. It was a bit of a pity for Kirill Kutskov, who was forced to retire and for Rafael Modonese, who was out of contention after just 1 lap. Mikkel Pedersen did not make his way past the pre-final. In the OKJ class, Tymoteusz Kucharczyk faced some attrition in the heats, but ended up being the fastest in the warm-up. In the PreFinal he was very strong too when a technical problem forced him to retire.
