Australian representatives announced for 2023 Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals

Five outstanding Australian karting talents have been selected to compete in the 2023 Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals in Bahrain on December 2-9.

This prestigious international karting event brings together top drivers from around the world, all vying for glory and recognition on the global stage in identical Rotax-powered equipment. The Australian journey to the Grand Finals culminated in the 2023 Australian Rotax National Cup held last weekend in Ipswich.

Scott Howard, a seasoned Rotax competitor, will proudly represent Australia for the fifth time in the DD2 Masters class.

Queenslander Harrison Hoey will take on the international competition in the top-level DD2 category, aiming to improve his impressive 2022 result.

Australia’s leading junior karting sensation Max Walton, who has dominated the junior scene throughout 2023, will compete in the Junior Max Class, further cementing his status as a future motorsport star.

Jack Webster, hailing from Western Australia, will don the Australian colours in the Senior Max category, bringing his talent to the global stage.

NSW youngster Corey Carson, in his second consecutive appearance at the Grand Finals, will compete in the Mini Max Class, striving to conclude his remarkable year on a high note.
