An exciting day of heats comes to an end

23 races complete the programme of Heats for Round 3 of the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy at Franciacorta Circuit.

Albert Friend (Mini MAX), Casper Nissen (Junior MAX), Thomas Bearman (Senior MAX), Maxim Shchurko (DD2), Nicolas Picot (DD2 Masters), and Spencer Brougham (E20 Senior) are the leaders after the heats.
 

Mini MAX - Friend Wins the Duel with Ljubimov
Albert Friend (Strawberry Racing) continues his positive streak, finishing second yesterday, and securing the top position after the heats with 3 wins out of 3. A decisive victory in the A-B heat duel with Nikita Ljubimov (Bouvin Power), who is 2nd overall. Oliver Spencer (Dan Holland Racing) climbs from 7th to 3rd. Mark Loomets (Energy Corse) is 4th, while Zdenek Babicek (TEPZ Racing) recovers from 15th to 5th and Michal Zajac (Dan Holland Racing) shines as well.
 

Junior MAX - Nissen Extend His Lead
Casper Nissen (RS Competition) is the star of Saturday at Franciacorta. Arjen Kraeling (Kart Republic) is in 2nd place. Scott Marsh (Strawberry Racing) is 3rd. It was a tough day for Jacob Ashcroft (Dan Holland Racing), who had to retire in the last heat and is 13th overall. Great return from P30 to P11 for Conor Clancy (Strawberry Racing).
 

Senior MAX - Bearman Unbeatable
Thomas Bearman (KR Sport) achieves 5 out of 5 wins, leaving his penalty points score at zero. Bearman is not only the fastest but also the most consistent. Behind him is Macauley Bishop (Dan Holland Racing), who impressively climbs 10 positions from yesterday, the home hero Elia Pappacena (MKC Motorsport), and Tereza Babickova (TEPZ Racing), who climbs from 15th to 4th. Matthew Higgins (Dan Holland Racing) completes the top 5.
 

DD2 and DD2 Masters - Shchurko in Control
Maxim Shchurko (Lenktyniu Linija), Lenn Nijs (Schepers Racing), and Tomass Bristins (MRG Racing) maintain their qualifying positions in DD2.

Nicolas Picot (Privateer) returns to winning ways, securing 2 out of 2 today. The Frenchman is also first after the heats. Gabriele Nardi (Drake Motorsport) moves up to 2nd place.
 

E20 Senior - Brougham Leads the Pack
British driver Spencer Brougham (Privateer) is first after three heats, followed by compatriot Will Elswood (Privateer) and Hungarian Balazs Totis (Privateer).
 

Sunday Schedule:
8:20 AM Warm-up; Live on TV and Live Streaming from 10:20 AM Pre-finals and 1:40 PM Finals.
