Lady Luck gave Alex Irlando her back and she did it in the worst moment of the weekend: the start of the final race. The Apulian driver has been fast and consistent throughout all the weekend posting the 10th chrono in qualifying and finishing 12th after heats because of the first Manche, where the 18 y.o. driver lost some positions. After a 6th in the prefinal B, Alex had a problem at the start of the final forcing him to retire. “It’s a shame, the weekend has not been so bad and I was ready to push harder in the final. We still don’t what went wrong, we still have to check. I’m sorry for my team, I’d like to thanks them for the effort, next week will be better!” Here are the results. Next week Alex will be back in the shadow of Vesuvius for the first round of the WSK Euro Series.
