Two weeks before the FIA Karting OK World Championship, Alex Irlando tastes the Mika Salo Circuit in Alahärmä, Finland on occasion of the Open National PowerPark Karting Race. The aim is to get ready for the big event and find the best set-up for the TM-powered BirelART chassis. After the 12th position overall in the FIA Karting OK European Championship, the Apulian driver wants to wreak his revenge in the World Championship. “The European Championship wasn’t that bad, but I knew that I could have achieved something more. This testing race is really important with regards to the next big event of the season, so I’m fully motivated and after the summer break I’m in perfect shape! I’m ready for an intense weekend.” The FIA Karting OK World Championship will be held on the Mika Salo Circuit the next September 8th 2019. This is the program of the event.
