ADM team joins GB4 Championship with planned two-car entry

The Brackley-based ADM team has confirmed that it will join the GB4 Championship in 2025, with a planned two-car entry for the series’ new era.

The outfit, run by Gary Ward, has considerable motorsport experience running classic Formula 3 machinery and Formula Fords, with further involvement in driver management and links to karting paddocks across the country.

Ward, who climbed the ranks as a driver through Formula Ford, British F3 and F3000 in the 1980s, is also a former Team Manager for Arden Motorsport, having run the organisation’s British F4 and GB3 squads at the start of the decade.

In addition, he was the spearhead for the GW Motorsport team, which ran in British F4 in 2017. ADM has already taken delivery of its first car for use in GB4, and has agreed terms with its first driver, who will be revealed in due course.

Team Principal Gary Ward said: “It’s a fantastic new challenge for us at ADM to join the GB4 Championship for 2025. The arrival of the new car means this is going to be a very competitive series and I’m pleased to say that we’ve already finalised a contract with our first driver, who we will reveal in the coming weeks, and are speaking with others to complete our line-up.”

“Within the team we have a lot of experience across a broad range of machinery, with strong knowledge of the junior single-seater scene. We hope we can come in and make a good impression from the word go, and are very much looking forward to commencing our testing programme ahead of the start of the season.”
